ChatFlowchart uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, taxes, and refunds for these transactions.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for purchases made through Paddle.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of your purchase or charge.
Refund requests made within this 14-day period are eligible for a full refund for any reason, with no additional conditions or requirements.
You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request, and your use of ChatFlowchart during the 14-day period does not affect your eligibility for a refund.
Subscriptions and Renewals
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
If a subscription payment or renewal charge has already been processed, you may request a full refund of that charge within 14 calendar days of the charge date under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically submit a refund request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may:
- Contact Paddle through the support or refund link provided in your Paddle purchase receipt or subscription management page; or
- Contact us at contact@chatflowchart.com.
We will assist you with your refund request where necessary.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and are processed by Paddle.
After the 14-Day Period
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the relevant charge are not covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Nothing in this policy limits any additional refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that you may have under applicable law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle and handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, and refund processing.
For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.
